Recipe: Energising ginger, citrus and turmeric shots

A lot of local juice bars lately have shots that contain immune and energy boosting ingredients. Now you can make these at home too.


Ingredients

2 pieces ginger (100g)
Squeeze of honey, to taste
2 oranges or lemons, skin and pith removed
1 tsp turmeric

Method

1. Push the ginger and orange through a juicer.

2. Add the turmeric and a squeeze of honey to taste.

3. Serve in shot glasses.
