Ingredients
- 1 tub of colourless and fragrance-free cream – Aqueous cream is ideal
- 2 tablespoons of cocao butter oil – it contains vitamins C, A and E for smoothing and locking moisture into the skin and assists in fading marks.
- 1 teaspoon of Argan oil – it is high in vitamin E, essential fatty acids and antioxidants which aid in preventing ageing and revitalising and hydrating dull and dry skin.
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil – it is good source of Vitamin E and K, locks in moisture, prevents blackheads and promotes a beautiful appearance.
- 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil – it is an antioxidant that protects and repairs your skin, helping to rebuild collagen and reduces scarring.
Method
- Mix each oil into the cream before adding the next.
- Once you have added all your oils, tighten the lid of you container and shake well until no oil residue is visible.
After a warm shower or bath, dab your skin dry and apply the cream immediately while your skin is still warm. This aids absorption.
Apply the cream by rubbing it in a circular motion. Avoid your face.
