‘Mother Teresa’ of the Ministry — Margret Fortoen
The ministries have a lot of their success to thank for Margret Fortoen.

Meet the Mother Teresa of the Episkopos World Wide Ministries Bet Hashem YHWH, Margret Fortoen (76).
As a retired teacher residing in Roodepoort she is in full time ministry, fulfilling her life call and passion in reaching out to vulnerable members of her community by the written and spoken word of Yahweh Elohim.
“She has been fulfilling this task with the utmost zeal and tenacity,” said Dexter Ryneveldt of Episkopos.
The Ministry has been collaborating with the Asomugha Foundation, based in Los Angeles in the United States, to assist the communities of Roodepoort, Krugersdorp and Soweto on a monthly basis with food, clothing and blankets since 2011.
“Our core focus in this collaboration is to assist and to look after the wellbeing of orphans and widows,” Ryneveldt explained.
“In that regard, Margret Fortoen is at the helm of our Ministry.”
Fortoen lost her father at the age of 7 and subsequently grew up with a single parent, experiencing the hardship that it presented first-hand.
“Being a widow herself, she still finds it within her to assist orphans and widows in her community.
“She triumphed her difficult childhood by winning bursaries to further her studies and later she graduated as a teacher under the South African Apartheid government.”
Fortoen had also done voluntary work in December 1997 for the Association of Evangelicals in Africa (AEA) and has been appointed the coordinator of the Pan Africa Christian Women’s Alliance (Pacwa).
“She was ordained as an Apostle and overall overseer of the Episkopos World Wide Ministries Bet Hashem YHWH by Biship Timothy Pernell in New Jersey in the United States.
“She has been with this ministry since its inception in 2001.”
Margret Fortoen proudly salutes the Asomugha Foundation in the name of Yahshua Messiah for their unselfish sacrifice for social-corporate investments in Africa by uplifting vulnerable members in her communities who otherwise would be destitute.
The Episkopos World Wide Ministries Bet Hashem YHWH looks forward to hosting the Asomugha Foundation at their Roodepoort premises this November.
