The Supreme Court of Appeal has found Oscar Pistorius guilty for murder.
The Citizen reported that SCA ruled in favour of the State that Judge Thokozile Masipa had applied the principles of dolus eventualis incorrectly.
The report states that Judge Masipa made several errors in law and should have convicted Pistorius on a charge of murder.
Oscar Pistorious shot and killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkaamp on Valentine’s Day in 2013.
Pistorious was sentenced to five years in prison for culpable homicide and he was placed under correctional supervision in August after only serving one year of his sentence.
