Cyclist continues intensive training
Rod Gilley to participate in exciting road race.

Constantia Kloof cyclist Rod Gilley is hard at work getting ready to participate in the upcoming 100 kilometre Value Logistics Fast One.
Gilley has had resounding success in the Meyerton race which has a total ascent of 364 metres and has a maximum elevation of 1,576 metres.
More than 3000 cyclists are expected at the race which Giley has participated in for the last four years.
In 2015, the 70-year-old entered the race and placed first for the fourth consecutive year in his starting group of more than 200 riders.
His son Ian Gilley, who is as prolific on the bicycle as his father was one of 12 riders who crossed the finished line in the A seeded category.
