National Drink Wine Day
Improve your health and drink some wine on #NationalDrinkWineDay

18 February is annually observed as National Drink Wine Day, but it would be a shame to only celebrate it once a year.
Perhaps it is only there to serve as a reminder to drink wine, after all, it does have its benefits. People who enjoy drinking wine moderately have a lower risk of liver disease, type II diabetes, certain kinds of cancer, heart attack and stroke. It is also said that drinking wine can reduce the bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase the good type (HDL).
To celebrate, today enjoy a glass of wine. If you feel adventurous, try a new wine whilst enjoying the company of your family and friends. Today is also National Crab-Stuffed Flounder Day, which is complemented by a fresh, fruity wine. Visit a winery or attend a wine tasting. Remember to always drink responsibly.
