At least two people were injured this past Saturday (9 April) when a vehicle crashed through the perimeter wall of a house. The accident took place at about noon.
Two vehicles were travelling on Trezona Avenue in the direction of Hoërskool Bastion when one of the drivers tried to overtake the other. However, the driver did not expect the vehicle in front to start turning and collided with it. The driver subsequently lost control and crashed through the perimeter wall of a house near the intersection with Adam Tas Street.
Emergency services were on the scene to treat the injured occupants of the vehicles.
