Criminals have been warned to stay away from the Honeydew policing area as police maintain frequent patrols.
This after police arrested about 20 suspects over the weekend for various crimes.
Spokesperson for Honeydew police Captain Balan Muthan told the Roodepoort Northsider that the arrests included fraud, murder, assault, attempted robbery, drunk driving, shoplifting, contempt of court and possession of suspected stolen property.
“Police will continue conducting operations in the precinct and perpetrators will be arrested,” said Muthan.
