28 June marks the annual observation of National Insurance Day, a day that was created to afford you the opportunity to review your insurance coverage.
In the event of illness, death, damage and loss through theft, insurance policies offer you security, covering your loved ones’ lives and making it possible to replace losses.
Policies offer protection, but over time, the value of your home and all your household items may increase. This means that if something cost R1 000 000 a decade ago, it might cost a whole lot more to replace it today. That is one of the main reasons why you should ensure that your policies keep up with the values of your most important assets.
Celebrate today by taking the time to review your polices and the coverage they offer, and ensure you are not over- or under-insured.
Use #NationalInsuranceAwarenessDay to post on social media.
