Photos: Two cop vehicles collide after one skips red light in Horison
Vehicle's siren was allegedly not on.

Two police vehicles had to be towed away a short while ago, after they collided at the intersection of Ontdekkers and Mouton Roads in Horison.
The accident happened at about 11.30am. An unmarked vehicle from the K9 unit, travelling on Ontdekkers Road, allegedly skipped a red traffic light and collided with a colleague in a Roodepoort Police Station bakkie. The bakkie was crossing Ontdekkers Road along Mouton Road.

It is alleged that the K9 unit vehicle’s sirens were not on; therefore it is doubtful that it was on its way to a crime scene or in pursuit of suspects.
None of the occupants sustained any injuries.
