Women’s self-defence workshop to be hosted
The workshop will be held at Cradlestone Mall on 5 May from 9am to 1pm.

Muldersdrift and Honeydew Sector 3 Community Policing Forums will be collaborating to host a women’s self-defence workshop next week.
The workshop will be held at Cradlestone Mall on 5 May from 9am to 1pm. It promises to be valuable and fun.
An expert will teach eager attendees about crime-prevention techniques to be used in the event of hijackings and robberies, ATM scams, in shopping centres, on social media, at home and others. The programme will also cover very handy physical self-defence techniques.
The cost is only R100 per person. Proceeds will go to The Bethany House Trust, a non-profit organisation in Krugersdorp.
