#HelpFindLee: Update: Case postponed again
Accused indicated that he now wants to apply for bail again

The accused in the case of the missing three-year-old Liyaqat ‘Lee’ Mentoor appeared in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court again on 24 May.
During the court proceedings, 29-year-old Onke Hartin Mashinini’s legal representative indicated that he would like to re-apply for bail, after initially abandoning the application.

It was decided to postpone the case to 28 May, when he will receive a date on which his bail application will be heard. He will remain in custody until then.
