Help little cheerleader to reach for her dreams
She now qualifies to represent South Africa at the International Cheer Union (ICU) World Championships.

Help Tshomarelo Morake reach for her dreams by sponsoring her trip to represent South Africa at the International Cheer Union (ICU) World Championships.
Groblerpark resident Tshomarelo Morake recently said, “I have learnt that a dream doesn’t become a reality through magic, it takes sweat, determination and hard work”.

Tshomarelo is in Grade 7 at Roodebeeck Primary School. She started doing cheerleading and drummies in Grade 1 and has never looked back. Every year she works hard to perform at her best. Tshomarelo has gone through trials and achieved Gauteng Colours and South Africa Majorette and Cheerleading Championships Association (SAMCA) Colours. She now qualifies to represent South Africa at the International Cheer Union (ICU) World Championships, which takes place from 21 to 29 April in Orlando, Florida, USA.
“I am very proud of myself. Long hours and hard work are finally paying off. I am happy that my talent has taken me this far and I am going to make South Africa proud,” she said.

However, the cost to attend the World Championship is R39 634 per athlete. The community and local businesses are urged to sponsor Tshomarelo as her parents cannot afford to pay this amount on their own.
