Local entrepreneurs get mentor-ship from Isiqualo Opportunity Centre
Marketing your business, and the impact it has on a business.

On Tuesday, 30 October, a number of local entrepreneurs were hosted at a workshop, presented by the Isiqualo Opportunity Centre, where they were mentored on how to overcome certain challenges when starting up a business.
The theme of the workshop was ‘My Journey from Start-up to Sustainability’. Two successful business owners were invited to share their stories about how they made it.

One of the speakers was Thato Mokotsolane, owner of Moks VIP and Protection Service, who spoke about the importance of time management when running a business. The other speaker was Mulweli Yvette Ratshikhopha, owner of a business growth consulting agency called ‘The Global Village’. One of the topics Mulweli spoke about was marketing your business and the impact it has on a business.
“The event went well, it benefited people who want to start up businesses as well as those who already have businesses. In future we will hold more workshops like this one,” said Isiqualo Opportunity Centre Manager, Joe le Roux.
