Here are some tips that will help you say goodbye to those ‘love handles’:
First of all let’s consider diet. We shouldn’t starve ourselves; we should eat proper meals with a minimum of unhealthy fats. And don’t forget to drink lots of water! This is very important.
Boost your intake of protein
Start adding high-quality protein to your diet if you don’t consume enough. This helps you lose fat and keeps you feeling full longer. As proof, studies have been done that showed that diets containing more protein helped to reduce belly fat faster.
Set up an aerobic fitness routine
