No end in sight for SASSA issues

I agree with all the complaints

There is a very big problem and I agree with all the complaints about the Sassa office in Roodepoort.

People stand in long queues outside. What if it rains?

The other problem is when you get into the building. You sit and wait and wait, while they stand and talk, leave their desks, where to you don’t know, go outside and have conversations on their cellphones.

The manager’s office is empty, leaving you with no one to speak to when you need information.

The one woman is struggling to get her computer working. A guy comes, shakes his head and goes off to

his desk, while she disappears for a while. You ask the same guy what is happening, only to be informed that the guy who needs to help, is late. When he arrives, he switches on his radio and he gets going with the work and one is helped speedily.

I read an article in the Roodepoort Record about the gentleman who has cancer and the pittance he gets from Sassa. I wish our leaders who are so corrupt could be given this pittance. Shame on South Africa.

PS For now, please do not mention my name as I am trying to get my OA pension from them
