Where to go for your billing issues

Residents who have billing issues are encouraged to go to the walk-in centre.

 

Ward 71’s councillor, René Benjamin, wishes to remind residents of the contact numbers for logging of municipal issues.

She stated that residents who have billing issues are encouraged to go to the walk-in centre at 100 Christian De Wet Road. The centre is are open from Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 3.30pm.

Other municipal issues can be logged as follows through the Joburg Call Centre;

For emergencies including Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD), ambulance, fire services, call 011 375 5911.

For water (leaks, meters, sewerage) call 011 688 1699 or send an email to customer@jwater.co.za.

For electricity (outages, street lights, smart meters) log a call online at citypower.mobi or visit https://www.citypower.co.za.

Roads (potholes, street signs, sidewalks, storm water) can be logged via the Call Centre or via email to hotline@jra.org.za.
