Donate a blanket to keep a person warm this winter

Woman of West Rand (WOW) is officially one year old and to celebrate this amazing milestone, they are appealing to community members to support their #1 initiative by donating blankets, new or old.

“The blankets that are donated will be redistributed through the Salvation Army in Krugersdorp. The power of one person donating one blanket will equal one warm person in need,” said Janet Booysen, the founder of WOW.

“A special thank you goes to all the people that have already committed to and have dropped off their blankets,” she added.
