Businessman and president of the Randburg Chamber of Commerce (RCC), Danie Bezuidenhout, recently shared his valued business expertise at Hirsch’s Strubens Valley during the monthly business networking meeting.
Bezuidenhout, who was the honoured guest speaker at the session, spoke about the elements of business finance. He also delved into the processes regarding the valuation of a business and what is needed to approach a financial institution for funding.
Hirsch’s public relations officer, Marjone Barnard reflected on the meeting. “This was a hugely beneficial discussion on creating a small business from basic needs in your immediate circle of influence and marketing it through a networking group,” she said.
Attending this session also granted the networkers the opportunity to present themselves and their businesses in a 60-second elevator pitch, which was followed by a lucky draw, networking, exchanging of business cards and refreshments.
