Three injured in Roodekrans accident
One person was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Three people were injured in a collision between a SUV and a light motor vehicle on Ouklip Road last night, 2 November.
According to Shawn Herbst, Netcare911 spokesperson, they responded to reports of the collision at 7.58pm.
“Medics assessed the scene and found that the driver of the car, an adult male sustained serious injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilise him.
The driver and occupant of the SUV sustained minor injuries. All the patients were treated on scene and transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment,”Herbst concluded.
The cause of the accident is not known yet, but all authorities were on scene for further investigation.
