A ward councillor serves as a communication link between the community and the council. If you have a problem in your ward, contact your councillors and if they cannot help, they can at least advise you about how to resolve the issue and who to contact.
It is important to know who your councillor is and how to contact them regarding issues in your ward. Some councillors have been allocated to different regions of the same area, so if your area is mentioned by two of the councillors, contact both and one should be able to help you.
