Planned maintenance on the Rhinoceros Substation will mean that several areas will be without power from 7am to 3pm on Sunday, 5 April.
City Power has said that as with all maintenance-related interruptions, the inconvenience is necessary to lessen the risk of unplanned outages and breakdowns.

• Constantia Commercial Park
• McCarthy Motors, Constantia Kloof
• Springhaas Road, Weltevreden Park
• Tortoise Street, Weltevreden Park
• Squirrel Turn, Weltevreden Park
The power could return at any time during the day, so all supply points are urged to be treated as live at all times. City Power would also like to remind residents that this planned maintenance is subject to cancellation in the event of load-shedding on the same day.
