SIBONGILE TSOEU: It's a quiet area. Customers come to the shopping centre to buy stuff and get their cars washed at the same time. There are no criminals here.

JOHANNA MAHLANGU: I have worked in Kelvin for five years. It’s a quiet place with no crime, which makes me happy.

MARK AIME: Kelvin is a quirky part of Sandton. I visit here often and enjoy it.

LESTER FINDLAY: Kelvin is the best place to live. The people are humane and friendly here. It has a real community vibe.

ANDREW WILLIAM: There is a wonderful mix of races in the suburb who come to the mall. There are also so many trees to sit under on a hot day.

KINGSLEY SHIKEENI: I love Kelvin because it is safe. It only has two entrances, which makes it a very safe area.

LENUS DU TOIT: The traffic in Kelvin is bad but there are a lot of good businesses nearby. The area is also very convenient because it is near some major roads.
