Emer-G-Med paramedics reported that four males robbed a Vodacom shop in the centre, but said no injuries had been reported.
ENCA reported that the centre’s general manager has confirmed the incident and said, “We’ve got the police coming and we are investigating what happened. We need time to find out what happened before saying anything.”
The news organisation spoke to an eyewitness, Justin McCall, who reportedly told the organisation that he heard piercing screams from a woman at about 2.30pm.
