No injuries found on Grayston body
SANDTON - Following the discovery of a dead body under the Grayston off-ramp bridge on 10 May in Sandton, the police said the cause of death is unclear but no visible injuries were found on the body.
Sandton police spokesperson Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela said a case of inquest has been opened after a body of a man in his 30s was discovered by police at 5pm on 11 May.
Maphakela confirmed that the family of the victim has been notified and the police did not suspect that any foul play played a role in the victim’s death.
Maphakela said the case is still under investigation.
