Rugby clinic in Bryanston

Children aged 3 to 8 could start their rugby careers early.

Bryanston High School hosted Rugga Kids couching clinic for the U10 set to learn strategy skills, promote general fitness, and groom a love of sport.

Liz Edwards, one of the parents at the day clinic, said the event also raised funds for the U14A rugby tour.
Rugga Kids is based on the premise that mental alertness and wellbeing was stimulated by sport, and that rugby offered a head start in life.
