The Supreme Fight League comes back
RIVONIA – The Supreme Fight League will see many of South Africa's best kickboxers step into the ring in Rivonia.

Be a part of history this weekend with the arrival of the third Supreme Fight League (SFL) in Rivonia.
The kickboxing event at Barnyard Theatre, Rivonia, on 26 May will let fans witness fireworks across 13 explosive fights, with a fight-card weighted with remarkably talented South African fighters.
The much anticipated Super-Am K-1 title fight headlines the undercard.
One by one, fight after fight, knockout after knockout, fighters will hit the ring. Without doubt, expertise, determination, and sheer kickboxing muscle power will dominate this SFL event with riveting performances from beginning to end. The event will climax with the main fight between Adrian ‘Sparks’ van Wyk and Ceeh ‘The Destroyer’ Khuboni.
Van Wyk and Khuboni, are notorious fighters, with multiple titles in their respective kickboxing careers, including international highlights. Khuboni, who hails from Durban, is renowned for his muay thai style and unpredictable energy. He boasts 34 wins and is a South African muay thai champion.
Cape Town’s Van Wyk is acknowledged for his tenacious and dynamic kickboxing style which has been heavily influenced by his boxing ability.
While kickboxing is still growing professionally in South Africa, events such as the SFL raise the bar and attracts and builds promotional opportunities.
Furthermore, consistently well performing SFL fighters stand a chance to be selected to compete at Glory, the biggest, globally recognised kickboxing event.
“I am looking forward to giving our kickboxers a platform to level-up on the world stage,” said the spokesperson for the SFL, Maka Maguga. “It’s time to move the development of a league that showcases raw talent, allows sponsors to shine, and gives the public a great show.”
Tickets cost R200 per person.
Doors open at 5pm, with the event starting at 6pm.
