The luxury hotel, in association with DeWetshof Estate from Robertson in the Cape Winelands will host an exclusive Chardonnay Pairing Evening on the evening of 25 March. The event will include a five-course dinner prepared by award-winning Palazzo executive chef Gerard Vingerling.
