JOBURG – The Hot 91.9FM team hopes to raise R1 million for charity

Hot 91.9FM radio station will celebrate its third birthday in November this year.

This year the station will celebrate the milestone with the Hot Cares Teddy-thon at Sandton City on 17 November from 6am to 6.30pm.

The event will be 12 hours of non-stop fundraising, with phone lines manned by some of Joburg’s best-known celebrities, media personalities, corporates and of course some of the station’s loyal listeners.

Graeme Watkins, Nathan Rowe of Swing City, Daniel Baron, Rubber Duc, Joe Parker, Louise Carver, Joey Rasdien, Ashlinn Gray, Howie Combrink, Sevven, RJ Benjamin, Karma, Leandro and many more artists will be performing live in Zara Court.

Residents are invited to join the Hot Cares team at the Teddy-thon and make their pledge in the spirit of ubuntu and help the goal of raising R1 million to make a difference in as many lives as possible.
