Meeting to address concerns on Coleraine Drive
RIVERCLUB - The Johannesburg Roads Agency will finally address residents about their concerns regarding the closure of Coleraine Drive in Riverclub.
Ward 103 councillor, Vincent Earp said a public meeting would be held at the Bryneven Primary School in Sandton on 13 August at 6pm.
“Due to very little activity taking place at the construction site on Coleraine Drive, I have corresponded with the roads agency management who have agreed to address residents and their concerns,” said Earp.
He said Vusi Sikhakhane, the regional manager of the roads agency would address residents at the meeting. “The contractor and his site engineer or project manager have also been invited,” added Earp.
However, he is still waiting for the contractor and engineer to confirm their attendance.
The meeting is set to take place at the school hall where residents will be briefed and updated on the progress of the developments, and the construction of the new bridge.
