Music fest rocks Bryanston High School

BRYANSTON - Youngsters gathered at Bryanston High School on 27 September to be part of the musical festival Stormfest.

The music festival was publicised as one of the biggest annual school festivals in the country organised by Stormfest South Africa, a company that assists various schools raise funds and promote South African talent.

The company was founded by Robby Harrison, whose son Storm took to the stage to perform.

Also performing at the concert were LCNVL and DJ Euphonik, Vin Deysel and Mean Mr Mustard.

Harrison explained that Bryanston High School was selected as a result of a suggestion made by one of the music festival directors. The director had worked at the school and highlighted the need to raise funds.

Community members and companies in the area supported the initiative and participated by having various stalls promoting their companies and services.

Food and drinks were available and families enjoyed a fun-filled family day under the sun, together with the live music and entertainment.
