Sandown High pupils are over the moon

SANDTON - Sandown High School’s matriculants for 2014 celebrated an exciting morning on 6 January when the NSC examination results were released and they all voiced their joy and elation.

The school achieved a stellar 87.23 percent pass rate with 24 Bachelors, 21 diplomas and 17 higher certificate passes. A total of 94 students worked strenuously through the exam period with 23 receiving distinctions.

Spokesperson for Sandown High School Adele Nel said her students worked incredibly hard for their marks, adding that she was extremely proud of them.
