Tree farewell at Field and Study Park
PARKMORE - The Friends of Field and Study Park will host a sad farewell to some of the wattle and blue gum trees at the Field and Study Park in Parkmore on 25 July.

Following an inspection, it was concluded that the trees were diseased and were dying.
The farewell will be hosted at 11am under the trees along the river walk, and all community members are invited to share their fond memories, socialise and learn more about the history of the trees that were planted about 100 years ago.

Residents who attend will be given a short talk on the history of the park.
