Domestic Watch meetings for October

SANDTON - Domestic Watch will host a series of meetings in October in Sandton with the focus on the topic, First Aid – What to do in a medical emergency.

 

Founder and co-ordinator of the programme, Penny Steyn said, “The highly respected marketing and training manager from St John Ambulance will be covering a vast amount of information that could and should save a life in any medical emergency.

“We all need to know what to do. Brochures on additional more in-depth training will be given to attendees.”

The lessons will also cover accident prevention, what to do in any emergency, accident management and basic first aid, among others.

The Sandton meetings for Domestic Watch are as follows:

  • Bryanston at Christian Science Church on 23 October at 12pm
  • Rivonia at Christian Science Church on 23 October 12pm
  • Riverclub at 23 Jukskei Drive on 29 October at 12pm
  • Gallo Manor and Wendywood at Christ Church Sandton on 21 October at 11.30am
  • Morningside at police station Lapa on 21 October at 1.30pm
  • Hurlingham at the Rosebank Union Church on 27 October at 10am
  • Parkmore at the Sandton Sports Club on 28 October at 10am
  • Bryanston at St Michael’s Church on 22 October at 11.30pm.
