Five injured when taxi and two cars collide
RIVONIA - Five people were left with minor injuries when a collision involving a taxi and two light motor vehicles occurred on Rivonia Road. The collision occurred in peak hour traffic on12 February.
According to ER24 spokesperson, Pieter Rossouw, paramedics attended to the scene and found that all of the patients were from the taxi. ER24 paramedics treated and transported the patients to a nearby clinic for further treatment.
The cause of the incident remains unknown and is subject to further investigation.
Commuters traveling in the area should expect traffic delays.
