
The Bryanston High School’s senior boys cross-country team made their school proud with a stellar performance at the St Stithians’ Easter Festival.
Spokesperson for the school, Lauren Streng said, “The team finished the race as the overall winners of the Senior B event. What a fantastic achievement!”
The boys took the majority of the top five places in the event with Blessing Lebese taking first place with Cameron McNair, Jernade Kok and Colin Thibane taking second, fourth and fifth place respectively.
Streng said, “This team then went on, along with their peers in the Bryanston High School Senior Boys B Team, to compete in the cross-country relay event at the festival.
“The podium was once again occupied by Bryanston as the Senior Boys A Team took first place in the race and were joined on the podium by the Senior Boys B Team in third position.”
