Residents have been urged to report any trees in their areas that are interfering with electricity power lines to avoid unnecessary outages.
City Power said residents should make a habit to report trees interfering with electricity lines in their communities.
A spokesperson for City Power, Yumna Sheik said residents requesting the pruning or removal of a tree in front of their property can call City Power call centre on 086 056 2874 or log a call on the City Power website, www.citypower.co.za by clicking on Fault Logging.
