#ICYMI – Video: Audi TT totalled on Rivonia Road
Many are taking to social media to express their shock at the crash and to share videos and photos of the crashed vehicle.
Photos and videos of a crashed Audi TT on the corner of Rivonia and Marion roads in Sandton are doing the rounds on social media.
The Sandton Chronicle will update when the exact circumstances surrounding the collision are known, but for now, Arrive Alive tweeted a video of the crashed vehicle, saying it was totalled. The video shows various parts of the vehicle lying on the tar and on the pavement. The airbags are fully inflated. High-heeled shoes are seen lying on the tar. Voices in the background of the video are heard describing their shock at the crash.

There are conflicting reports as to the well-being of the driver following the crash. In the tweet by Arrive Alive, it is stated that it was believed the driver was killed, however, in another video, that also showed the extent of the damage, tweeted by social cohesion advocate, Yusuf Abramjee, a man can be heard saying that the driver was not hurt in the crash and that she had even called the emergency services and police after the crash.
