Brescia House learners give back to community

BRYANSTON – The Serviam Committee donated sanitary products to young girls from Diepsloot.

The Brescia House School Parent-Teacher Association recently collaborated with the Wot-if? Trust and Shumbashaba in a project aimed at improving the lives of young girls in Diepsloot.

The group ran a fundraising initiative to purchase Subz panties and pads that were handed over by the high school’s Serviam Committee to assist girls in the community to continue attending school while menstruating. This will help in a small way towards these young women achieving their goals of receiving an education and being able to pursue their dreams.

Details: Brescia House 011 706 7404.
