Redhill School learner Jaime Bennett has once again qualified to join the Gauteng equestrian team for the South African Youth Championships which are set to take place in Kyalami next month in the Pony Rider Novice Dressage category.
The young rider continues to challenge herself ever since began her journey at the age of eight.
According to her mother Gayle Bennet, from very early on Jaime began showing a real talent for riding. “Jaime started riding the school favourite Captain America and soon progressed to ponies aimed at starting her competitive journey. With her kind and patient way with horses Jaime flourished as a rider. In a short time Jaime started competing in Sanesa and graded competitions and won a number of competitions,” she said.
