SANDTON – St Stithians has achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in the IEB matric exams for 2017.

Samantha Green achieved seven distinctions for accounting, Afrikaans first additional language, English home language, information technology, life orientation, maths and physical sciences.
St Stithians College achieved a 100 per cent pass rate for both the girls and boys college’s.
The Girls’ College had 102 candidates with 98 per cent that qualified for Bachelor Degree Studies and 2 per cent qualified for Diploma Studies.
A total of 278 distinctions were achieved with 76 per cent of the girls achieved one or more distinction.
The Boys’ College had 155 candidates with 97 per cent that qualified for Bachelor Degree Studies.
A total of 333 distinctions were achieved with 70 per cent of the boys achieving one or more distinction.
